How To Register
This page walks you through how to complete your player registration on SportsPlus. We’ve moved away from paper forms and in-person registration days to a fully online system that lets you register, upload documents, and make payments easily from home

New Account

1. Navigate to our online registrations program by visiting our player portal by clicking here , then selecting Club Registration.

2. Select Register under the program that applies to the player being registered, whether it is yourself or your child/children. If you select a program and you do not meet the age criteria, you will receive an error and be unable to continue. To view more details about the program such as fees etc select View Details.

4. Under Create an Account, select either I am a Player. I am registering myself or I am a parent/guardian. I am registering my kid/family member. Enter in the required information to successfully create an account, check the option agreeing to our terms of service and privacy policy. Select Create Account.

8. If you are a parent or guardian, please provide all relevant details in the parent information section. Players will not see this section. Only one parent or guardian’s information is required; adding a second parent or guardian is optional. For both parents/guardians and players, the Basic Info section requires an Address, which is compulsory. The Medical Info section is optional but recommended, as it allows the club to access important medical information in case of an emergency. Select Continue.

9. Under the More Info section, Phone Number (of the child), Previous Club, Allergies, Emergency Notes, School and Position are all optional information. Player Nationality and Player ID Number / Passport Number are compulsory. For the Minis and Junior programs only, please indicate if your child is registering with a sibling for either of the programs. If you select yes, please provide the name(s) of the sibling(s). Indicate if your are a current coach of Sunningdale City Football Club. Select Continue.

10. Under the Waivers section, read through the waiver and ensure you understand it before selecting I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Indemnity & Consent Declaration. Select Continue. Should you disagree with any of the points listed in the waiver, please terminate the registration and contact admin@sunningdalecityfc.co.za for further assistance.

12. Under the Review & Confirm section, review the information of the player (you may edit this section by selecting the pencil in the top right corner). Under Program Fee & Payment Options select the months that you would like to pay by the due date. You can pay the first installment, or two or more installments at a time by selecting the checkbox applicable. You will now be able to apply a discount code if you are registering a sibling or if you are a coach. Please ensure you contact admin@sunningdalecityfc.co.za to get your discount code before continuing. You do not have to make multiple installments, you may pay the entire subs upfront. Scroll down the page to review the registration information provided.

14. You will now be guided to the secure payment page, where you can complete payment based on the installment option you selected in the previous step. If you would prefer not to make payment immediately, and only want to pay on or just before the due date, simply select the option Pay Later. This will confirm your registration without taking payment at this stage. If you choose to pay now, enter your card details to proceed. Payments are processed via Peach Payments, a trusted and secure South African payment gateway used by many reputable businesses and organisations. Your card information is encrypted and not stored by Sunningdale City F.C., ensuring a safe and secure transaction.

16. Congratulations! You have successfully registered for the 2026 season. You will receive an email confirming the information provided during the registration process. Select My Account to view the programs you or your child are registered for. Payments can be made directly from your portal.
Existing Account

1. Navigate to our online registrations program by visiting our player portal by clicking here , then selecting Club Registration.

2. Select Register under the program that applies to the player being registered, whether it is yourself or your child/children. If you select a program and you do not meet the age criteria, you will receive an error and be unable to continue. To view more details about the program such as fees etc select View Details.

5. Under the Who is Registering section, you will see the program you are signing up for. Under Family Member, select the player (yourself or your child). Then select Add followed by Continue. If you skip the Add button, you will receive an error stating: Please select the player & program to continue the registration.

7. If you are a parent or guardian, please provide all relevant details in the parent information section. Players will not see this section. Only one parent or guardian’s information is required; adding a second parent or guardian is optional. 10. Under the Upload Data section, it is compulsory to upload a profile photo and the birth certificate or ID Document of the player. Clearance certificate is only for players that are transferring from another club, and is therefore optional. If you have previously uploaded the required documents, you can select Select an existing document and choose the applicablle document. Select Continue.

Return to Portal to Make a Payment

1. Navigate to our online registrations program by visiting our player portal by clicking here , then selecting My Acccount.

4. If you have registered for a program for yourself, you should see the program under My Registrations, If you are a parent and have registered your child/ren for a program, select your Child Registrations tab, where you can view the program your child has been registered for. There should only be one program listed, as you or your child cannot be registered for multiple programs at the same time. Click the three dots next to the program and select View Registration Info.

5. The Player Registration Info page will display all the information provided during the registration process, along with a summary of the program completion status. To make a payment, scroll down to the Registration Payment Info section. To make a single payment, select Make a Payment next to the installment you wish to pay. To pay multiple installments at the same time, select the installments you wish to pay and then select $ Make Selected Payments.
New Player or Transferred Player

1. Navigate to our online registrations program by visiting our player portal by clicking here , then selecting Club Registration.

4. Under Create an Account, select either I am a Player. I am registering myself or I am a parent/guardian. I am registering my kid/family member. Enter in the required information to successfully create an account, check the option agreeing to our terms of service and privacy policy. Select Create Account.

6. Under the Who is registering section, if you are registering on behalf of your child, you will need to enter in the required information. If you are registering for yourself your information should already appear here. If you or your child have previously registered, select the applicable name under Family Member and select Add . If you do not select Add before continue, you will receive an error. Select Continue.

8. If you are a parent or guardian, please provide all relevant details in the parent information section. Players will not see this section. Register As A Coach

1. Navigate to our online registrations program by visiting our member portal by clicking here , then selecting Club Registration.

4. If you are a new member, under Create an Account, select I am an Athlete. I am registering myself. Enter in the required information to successfully create an account, check the option agreeing to our terms of service and privacy policy. Select Create Account. OR if you have an existing account select Login and enter in your email and password.

11. Under the Waivers section, read through the waiver and ensure you understand it before selecting I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Coach Registratuib Waiver and Declaration. Select Continue. Should you disagree with any of the points listed in the waiver, please terminate the registration and contact admin@sunningdalecityfc.co.za for further assistance.
